Workers with ADHD, compared with workers without it, in a U.S. national sample.

Integrated care for busy professionals
Your people are not failing. The system around them is: weekday hours, insurance delays, and a new specialist for every symptom. Siya is physician-led care for the whole picture — focus, sleep, stress, weight, hormones, and primary care — with one clinician keeping it together.
2,700+ patients treated. Clinicians licensed in California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida. This page is for employer and HR teams. Individual employees can still book care on their own.
What we kept seeing
What we've seen across 2,700+ patients treated at Siya is a consistent pattern among working professionals: people come in unable to get through their work — not productive, fatigued, unmotivated, unable to hold focus through meetings and tasks. Most don't know if that's ADHD, depression, stress, or nothing clinical at all. We don't start from a questionnaire — we test. A full clinical evaluation determines what's actually driving it, and from there we treat it specifically.
What the research shows
These figures are from published studies of employed adults. Each figure is one study. None of them is Siya’s patient data.
In one manufacturer’s workforce, employees with ADHD also had about a 4–5% lower performance score, about twice the odds of sick leave, and about twice the odds of a workplace accident.
Kessler et al., Psychological Medicine, 2009. Psychological MedicineU.S. absenteeism and presenteeism tied to psychological distress, across the workforce in 2021. Injury, turnover, disability, and early retirement are not in this total.
Asfaw, Alterman, and Pana-Cryan, American Journal of Industrial Medicine, 2026.Drop in at-work productivity loss for a work-focused depression program, versus usual care, at about four months. Absence days fell 53% in the program versus 13% with usual care. The bars are the size of that improvement, not a month-by-month curve.
How a partnership starts
An employee can also book a free Meet & Greet without an employer contract. That call is not a medical visit.
Frequently asked questions
Licensed telehealth for adults in California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Eligibility is confirmed at scheduling based on where the employee is located at the time of visit.
Siya Health follows HIPAA-aligned telehealth practices. Employer partnership conversations are separate from individual patient charts. We do not share individual clinical details with employers without appropriate patient authorization—program design focuses on access pathways, not surveillance.
The partnership is clinician care for working adults — focus, sleep, stress, weight, hormones, and primary care, with one clinician keeping that picture together. Who the program is for, and the scope of the arrangement, is what we agree in the contract. This is clinician care, not a wellness app.
Partnership pricing is customized to the employer’s scope of coverage: hours of coverage, and add-ons such as weekend, after-hours, and urgent care. There is no published employer rate. The contract is the price. Individual self-pay visits are priced separately, on the pricing page, and are not the employer contract.
Hospital care is not part of this telehealth program. If a clinician prescribes medication, the pharmacy bills that separately. Those costs are not part of the partnership fee unless the contract says so.
Lab tests are not included automatically. When a clinician orders labs, how they are paid is part of the arrangement. An employee can also use Siya’s patient lab path without an employer contract.
No. This is clinician medical care, not a counseling benefit. A visit can include mental health as part of the medical picture. It is not a course of psychotherapy.
