Doctor’s offices run 9-to-5. So does your job. Somehow you’re expected to be sick on their schedule, not yours.
No PTO, no FMLA, no insurance that actually covers it — getting care becomes a financial decision before it’s ever a medical one.
A callback three days later, after you’ve already had to make the decision without it — that’s not care, that’s delay with extra steps.
Your symptoms get a pill, not a real look. Nobody stayed long enough to ask what’s actually going on underneath it.
You’re carrying all of it in one body — but finding one place that treats the whole picture, instead of a new doctor for every symptom, shouldn’t be this hard.
One continuous loop — from what you’re noticing to a plan your care team actually follows through on.
A safe space to share every concern — physical and mental, without filtering down to one issue.
An unhurried evaluation with your provider — more than one visit if that’s what it takes.
Additional or diagnostic testing, ordered as needed to clarify the cause and shape what plan will work for you.
Built on objective evidence, shaped around your job and your life — decided together with you.
Care coordination handled by your care team — refills, follow-ups, and more.
Subjective + objective tracking — and a second look when something shifts.
A closed loop — from the full story to follow-through, with a path back to the clinician when tracking says you need one.
Same medicine — different access, time, and follow-through.

Siya Health was founded by Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD and Dr. Swati Pandey, MD — physicians, parents, and partners. Between demanding medical careers and raising a family, we lived the exact problem Siya Health was built to solve: healthcare that doesn’t fit around a real schedule. We’ve seen it from both sides — as providers working inside a system that wasn’t built for anyone’s time, and as patients trying to get care for ourselves and our family within it. Siya Health exists to give busy professionals — including the doctors treating them — the flexibility neither side ever had.

"Finally found a telehealth practice that feels thorough and respectful. I never feel rushed—the clinicians actually listen."
"Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient-focused and listens very well. Also very fast at helping me when one pharmacy wouldn't fill my prescription!"

Practical questions about booking, cost, and what this is not.
Book a free Meet & Greet. That call explains how care works and what the next step is. It is not a medical visit, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.
California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Florida only. Care is telehealth with a clinician licensed in your state.
The initial evaluation is $149, one time. Follow-up is $149 per month. Cash-pay today. Insurance is not required. Many patients use FSA or HSA funds. Not every patient needs a monthly plan.
Same-week appointments when the schedule allows. This is not a guarantee of a same-day emergency visit.
No. This is not a replacement for hospital, emergency, or specialist care. For emergencies, call 911. Siya is scheduled telehealth, not an emergency department. For specialist needs, the clinician can help point you in the right direction.
If medication is part of your plan, we don’t rush it. Stimulant medication isn’t started at the first visit. You’ll review and sign a treatment agreement first, and care includes ongoing monitoring, including drug screening and pill counts when clinically indicated.
Talk to your HR or benefits team, or drop us a message and we’ll reach out to them directly. Separate from patient booking.
